Debbie Banko, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Banko is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Link Technologies and has been the driving force for the company's success since it was founded in 2000. Her customer focus and commitment to quality have been key elements to providing innovative solutions that consistently exceed customer requirements, within cost and schedule constraints. Ms. Banko brings over twenty-five years of consulting experience encompassing both the commercial and government sectors that includes information technology, engineering, project management, project controls, cyber security, and staff augmentation. Link Technologies' client base includes Federal agencies such as the DoD, DOE, and EPA, as well as the hospitality industry, public utilities, public school system, and state and local governments.

Ted Harrison, Director of Finance

Mr. Harrison is the Director of Finance and a Link Technologies partner. He brings more than 16 years of hands-on experience in the management and operations of small to medium business enterprises for both the commercial and government sectors. He was the founder of NetVersant Solutions, Inc. a nationwide infrastructure provider, and was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Southwestern Communications, Inc., a contracting business located in Las Vegas, Nevada focusing on network infrastructure, telephony and electronic surveillance. Mr. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

My-Ngoc Nguyen, Executive Vice President

My-Ngoc Nguyen (pronounced Menop Wynn) is an Executive Vice President for Link Technologies' Cyber Security and Information Assurance business sector along with Federal Government contracts. She brings over 12 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), with the past 8 years being focused on Cyber Security and Information Assurance for both the government and commercial sectors. Ms. Nguyen is currently working with Federal Agencies and commercial Internet/Infrastructure Service Providers (IISP) to implement FedRAMP, a federal enterprise wide initiative, for the Assessing and Authorizing (A&A) Cloud Computing services and products for use by the Federal government. She also works with client organizations to implement secure and compliant business processes using defense-in-depth and risk-based approaches. Ms. Nguyen is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Incident Handler, and Pen Tester as well as holds a B.S. in MIS, and is currently working towards dual Master's Degrees in Business Administration (MBA)and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Cheryl Hampton, Vice President of Account & Partnership Services

Ms. Hampton is the Vice President of Account & Partnership for Link Technologies. She has over 30 years of sales, account management, and customer service experience in the commercial sector that include Senior Leadership roles involving global and regional account management, customer strategic alliance creation, sales team management, indirect channel development, revenue forecasting, billing and services maintenance, and operations support management. During her tenure at AT&T, she was responsible for the management of several major accounts that included Microsoft and Cisco; she led a 50-member sales team in Silicon Valley with an annual revenue base of $170M; and had responsibility for the management of a global team that was part of a Joint Venture between British Telecom and AT&T, with personnel based in the US, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Asia Pacific.

Virgil Rochester, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Rochester is the Chief Information Officer for Link Technologies and he has over 36 years experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and operation of scientific and business systems for both the government and private sectors. He has over 20 years of program and project management experience covering IT Operations, Software Development and Maintenance, Networking and Telecommunications, Software Quality Assurance, Strategic Planning, and User Support (Tier 1, 2 and 3). He was the Program Manager for the IT Support Services for the Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste Management (OCRWM), and most recently was the manager of Information Systems and Technology for USA Repository Services, the Yucca Mountain M&O contractor. Mr. Rochester has held key positions with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), TRW, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and Bechtel SAIC Corporation (BSC). Mr. Rochester holds a B.S. of Mathematics from Florida State University and is a member of the Pi Mu Epsilon (National Honorary Mathematics Fraternity). He was granted two patents for the invention of an Adaptive Time Division Multiplexing Protocol and System used for the automated data collection of utility data. U.S. Patents: 5,621,735 and 5,687,175.

Lindsay Banko-Castro, Corporate Communications

Lindsay Banko-Castro is the Director of Corporate Communications, and a Senior Account Manager and Recruiter for our government and commercial sectors. Mrs. Banko-Castro has a diverse background and brings over 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Account Management, Project Management, and Human Resources Management. She has responsibility for the Link Technologies' Outreach Program which includes interface and participation with multiple community and technology organizations, as well as participation on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Mrs. Banko-Castro is an Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter and has extensive experience in the recruitment and retention of employees and professional staff in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, software engineering, systems engineering, and business support functions, such as accounting, finance, human resources, and contracts administration.
