Debbie Banko is the owner and Managing Partner of LINK. She has created the environment for success at LINK for the past (4) years, or since its inception and continues to be the driving force. Debbie is focused on day-to-day customer service, and ensuring expedient response to customer needs. LINK Clients know they can rely on Debbie to deliver on time and within budget. Debbie’s over twenty-five years in the consulting field includes expertise in the areas of; project controls, project management, engineering, information technology, environmental engineering, and staffing. Link proudly lists among its customers, the Federal Government (DOD, DOE, and EPA), local school systems, power companies, private companies, and state agencies.

Ted Harrison is a partner in LINK. As Director of Finance, Ted brings more than 16 years of hands on experience in small and medium size business operations. Ted’s executive management experience includes; Managing Partner of a real estate investment company, President of a catalog and internet retailer, Majority Partner in a Communications company, and Founder of NetVersant Solutions, Inc. a nationwide infrastructure provider. Mr. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Lindsay Banko is the primary recruiter for Link. Her background includes experiences in the Aerospace industry as a Program Manager where she worked on writing a $500,000 proposal for a NASA engineering contract related to a rocket exhaust systems. Her management experience included customer relations, milestone tracking, budgeting, production and delivery within aerospace, mechanical, and electrical disciplines of the engineering field. She is an experienced machine shop manager involved with human resources, lean manufacturing, and production/prototype work. Lindsay was the Secretary for the Nevada Aviation and Aerospace Foundation for two years.
