Perform cost and schedule maintenance and documentation of schedule changes associated with the activities of this project. Responsible for submittal of weekly/monthly schedules detailing the progress of our activities. Prepare and submit a detailed cost and resource loaded schedule for approval that represented the scope of work and tracking progress. The schedule also clearly displayed all logic ties.

Schedules were prepared in Microsoft Project and were submitted in both hardcopy and electronic format. The Project required monthly conversion of MS Project to Primavera. Developed a Network Analysis System plan schedule, kept the network up-to-date, utilized the plan for scheduling, coordinated and monitored work under the contract. All scheduled data and reports required were based upon regular total float, not relative total float schedules
