Provide Baseline Planning and Project Controls support for projects. Includes review and input and development of schedules utilizing Primavera P3, bi-weekly status and performance reporting, working with project manager and estimating organization to develop resource loaded critical path schedules for managing day-to-day operations and conversion of resource loaded logic driven schedules to the Financial development and accounting system. Provide support with budgets and material, including inventory and moving materials. General Entries made based on a set of products in the warehouse. Control of materials in relation to projects to ensure each project has the materials needed in respect to quantity and timeliness. Project Manager Expertise was provided for the implementation of major performance management systems. Performed were all software and hardware systems analysis, gathering of data requirements, and design of the implementation process for Hardware Management, Inventory Control and GPS Tracking. These systems successfully increased the overall efficiency of field service technicians, effectively allowing for reduced head count and measurable ROI increases.
