Project to provide Project Management, NOCs, Scheduling, Helpdesk, Staging, Deployment, Systems Analysis and Hardware Implementation.

The NMCI Comprehensive Installation Project includes project management, staging and deployment, break and fix, and final integration into government systems. Support service was provided at NAS Fallon. All 50 technicians were required to perform de-installation, installation, test and network connect as well as complete data transfer on Dell desktops, notebooks and workstations. Project Management/Project Leads were responsible for management of the staging, deployment, break/fix and printer networking teams. Leads schedules technicians on day, night and swing shifts. Help desk support was provided to the end-users 24x7.
