Provided over fifty qualified management, technical and engineering personnel with resumes and signed agreements to accept positions. Analyzed RFP requirements interviewed hundreds of potential candidates and made key recommendations.

TACOM contract. RTSC is the incumbent on this contract. Link analyzed business processes and software systems and recommend the appropriate software package for scheduling, dispatch, status tracking and GPS integration for military bases. This includes system installation (including third party software), System set-up to support call registration, scheduling, dispatching, status reporting and GPS tracking for up to 30 field workers, systems administration, and user training for the initial roll-out, GO-LIVE support, and knowledge transfer that enables the customer to deploy remaining locations with minimal assistance.
