Integration and Support
Our Network engineers work for a variety of clients in the private and public sectors, sometimes working as part of an in-house technical support team, sometimes as the sole technical support. Network engineers are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the networking processes in an organization - implementing, managing and troubleshooting existing network and system environments, and supporting a variety of hardware. They ensure that the performance and availability of the server and network infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards in order that maximum productivity is achieved. We support users by a variety of methods, and provide technical expertise to users by verbal or written means. Engineers also are responsible for the implementation, installation and configuration of systems, and the administration and support of those systems. In larger organizations, they connect offices and individual users at remote locations to the corporate network.
